The Bergerie du Prat de Mu belongs to the
village of Termes (45 km of Carcassonne and Narbonne,
35 km of Limoux, 16 km of Lagrasse, 180 km from Toulouse and
Montpellier).
Lagrasse
It is situated on the
edge of the Mediterranean
climate at an altitude of 320 mts. Winter is
mild, summer sunny and dry, and pleasantly windy.
Spring is generally early and autumn is sunny up to All Saints Day. |

in a great variety of landscapes and flora:
green oak forests, "garrigue" scrublands with lavender, thyme, box, orchids, junipers

On clear days, splendid, panaoramic views reveal the wide range of the Pyrenean
massifs with snow covered glaciers and by climbing the highest hillsides one can
see, to the East, the
Mediterranean Sea.

Gorges du Termenet |
The property is situated on the top of a hill,
3 km outside the village, in a lovely countryside
surrounded by garrigue scrubland and mediterranian green oakForests
overlooking the marvellous Gorges du Termenet on the foot of the
Chateau de Termes.
Our garden is naturally grown by green oak
trees cypresses, pines, box, "arbousiers" and flowery plants: lavender, rosemary and other Mediterranean aromatid
species, accompanied by the never ending song of cicadas.
